A little different take on the classic with fresh green pea mixed with split peas, aromatics, mixed spices and lemon, oven roasted and served in warm pita with cilantro sauce, marinated veggies and tabbouleh style couscous

Lemongrass Chili Beef
Slowly cooked skirt steak marinated with chilies, lemongrass, sesame, and aromatics, flashed grilled and sliced served with rice noodles, charred bok choy, and radish pickles

Pork Satay with Thai Spices
Pork tenderloin marinated with garlic, ginger, spices, lime, and coconut milk, threaded on skewers and grilled served with a cucumber salad, steamed rice, and alongside a peanut dipping sauce
