Jason has been our chef for over five years. Each week is a blend of new and personal favorite menu items from a wide selection of cuisines. It amazes me how many different delicious meals he is able to provide. In addition to the 5-star meals prepared in our own home, we enjoy Jason’s professionalism, communication and spotless clean up on cook days. Most importantly, Molinari’s Culinary service keeps our diet healthy and affords my wife and I more quality time with family, which as a two-professional household is priceless. We have also used Jason’s catering service for special events ranging from waitered candlelight dinner for two to a Super Bowl party. Jason is a fantastic chef offering invaluable services. We intend to continue utilizing him for many more years.

We will miss your impeccable service and wonderful food at all of our future parties and it will be tough to find a close replacement! There were many things I enjoyed about working with you.  I always knew that if I called you for an upcoming catering event or in home meal preparation that you would be able to deliver with exceptional results.  I think the thing that makes your services so different from anyone else is your personal touch.  Jason you always have a “can do” attitude and no matter what is needed on the menu you always came through with perfection. I know over the years we had the pleasure of using your service for parties small and large, as well as a dinner club venue where we had 5 couples at our home to dine.  In each situation you prepared different dishes all of which were enjoyed by all! We are always very excited on the day when Jason comes to our home to cook. His food is absolutely exquisite. He is very professional and fun to be around, yet very focused on his craft. We were fortunate enough to have our colleagues hire Jason when our family was in need and knowing we have enough food for a week makes life much easier. One of our favorite things about Jason, aside from the delicious meals, is that when he leaves, our kitchen is cleaner than before he arrived. He asked for our likes and dislikes prior to preparing a menu so his work is completely individualized. You can tell Jason has been a chef for several year with his signature touches on his dishes. Along with cooking classes, Jason has catered several small parties (4-6 ppl) and larger parties (12-15 ppl) for me.  His cooking is fantastic and my guests are always quite impressed.  Jason’s menu selections possess great range and creativity and he is also very flexible with food preferences.  Our cooking classes have given me great confidence in the kitchen because he is so well prepared and informative.  More importantly… he leaves your kitchen SPOTLESS!  Whether you’re looking for an intimate dinner with friends at home, or catering for a large group, Jason is your man.
